This website is operated by Close Luxe Fragrance. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Close Luxe Fragrance. By visiting our site and/or purchasing our premium scents (including our signature impressions like JAXON, STROUD, and RIVON), you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

1. PRODUCTS AND QUALITY STANDARDS

  • Impression Oils: We specialize in premium perfume impressions. Our oils are sourced directly from Dubai to ensure international quality and a high resemblance to trending global scents.
  • Longevity: We take pride in our formulation, providing a guaranteed longevity of 8 to 10+ hours. However, individual results may vary based on skin type, climate, and application.
  • Visual Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our 50ml bottles. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.
  • Pricing: Our product prices (typically ranging from 2,500 to 3,500 PKR) are subject to change without notice.

2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Free Delivery: We offer Free Delivery across Pakistan on all standard orders.
  • Timeline: Orders are typically processed and delivered within 4 to 5 working days. While we strive for punctuality, delays may occur due to unforeseen courier issues or public holidays.
  • Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and contact number. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect information.

3. HYGIENE AND RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products (Perfumes and Eau de Parfums) and for the health and safety of our customers:

  • Opened Bottles: Once the seal is broken or the perfume is sprayed, the item cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a bottle that is damaged, leaking, or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos). We will facilitate an exchange in such cases.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind" once the order has been dispatched.

4. BILLING AND ACCOUNT ACCURACY
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. In the event that we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, phone number, or WhatsApp provided at the time of purchase.

5. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Certain content or products available via our Service may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party websites and will not have any liability for their materials or services.

6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
