REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Close Luxe Fragrance, we value your satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a clear hygiene and return policy to ensure quality for all our customers.

1. 7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Sealed & Unopened: The original packaging and plastic wrap must be intact.
  • Unused: Any bottle that has been sprayed or tested cannot be returned.
  • Original Condition: The item must be in its original box.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the bottle is broken, leaking, or the wrong item is sent:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide a photo or video of the damage via WhatsApp or Email.
  • We will send a replacement free of charge.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.
  • Items bought on Sale.
  • Samples or Discovery sets.

4. How to Request a Return

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method or store credit.
