Return Policy

Overview

At Close Luxe Fragrance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury scent experience. However, due to the nature of our products (perfumes and personal care), we have a strict hygiene policy. Please read the conditions below carefully.

1. Return Eligibility (7-Day Policy)

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Sealed and Unopened: The plastic wrapping and box must be intact.
  • Unused: Once a perfume bottle has been sprayed or tested, it cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Original Packaging: It must be in the original box.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your bottle arrives broken, leaking, or if you receive the wrong scent (e.g., you ordered JAXON but received STROUD), please contact us immediately.

  • Take a photo or video of the damaged item.
  • Send it to us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement free of charge.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Open or used perfume bottles.
  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Discovery sets or samples.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at closeluxefragrance@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +92 316 1214708. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method or provided with store credit within 5-7 business days.
